This session will take a look at what adjustments we all have had to make in regards to COVID-19 in the past and present. We will review and share some great resources available to help contractors and businesses navigate during the constant changes. We will look at our employees well-being, share some tips on avoiding complacency and staying safety focused, and discuss opportunities to engage and educate employees mindset during these very challenging times.
